After several years of talking about it, I have finally done it! I am offering a selection of reproductions of my paintings as greeting cards.
The images on the cards represent work done over more than forty years. Choosing the ones to offer has been like assembling a retrospective exhibition and has been a reminder of the ways in which my easel has been a constant in my life. I have turned to it to celebrate, to meditate, to grieve, to heal, to speak, when any other means of expression have been inadequate. Every piece resonates with echos of times and places and people.
If I have consistently reached for any one thing it is simply to focus attention on the sustaining beauty that is all around us, not as a means of escaping anything but rather to see more clearly that we belong here; that we are made of the same stuff as everything else on this good earth.
Please have a look through the card shop. I hope you will find an image or two that you would like have on your desk or share with a friend.

Couldn't have done it without the help and patience of my son and webmaster, Matthew. He is a pro when it comes to graphics and photography. (Not quite as capable with a hammer!)

Also, big shout out to Kwik Kopy Printing here in Fredericton. and the very professional service provided by Jessica, Kacey and Brendan.
